Gilley’s Seafood Co. is rooted in a lifetime around the Gulf Coast seafood industry. I grew up working in my family’s seafood business and eventually ran the operation, which included our seafood market in Port Aransas and shrimping and commercial fishing boats operating along the Texas and Louisiana coasts.

That experience taught me what quality seafood should look and taste like, from the boats and docks to the kitchen and the customer’s table. Gilley’s Seafood brings that Gulf Coast tradition to North Texas through freshly prepared seafood boils made with premium Gulf caught shrimp, bold seasoning, and the straightforward hospitality I grew up around.

This business is more than a menu. It is a continuation of our family’s connection to the water, the seafood industry, and the communities that supported us along the coast.
